Building on the Kids foundation with more advanced techniques, increased intensity, and competition preparation.

Yes. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uses leverage techniques instead of striking, so children won't be coming home with bruises or injuries. Our experienced coaches closely supervise every class and prioritize each child's safety above all else.
Comfortable athletic clothing is all they need for the first class. We provide loaner gis (the traditional uniform) for trial classes at no charge. No jewelry or accessories should be worn on the mat.
